How the board works
Three steps, and the third one mostly happens on its own.
1 · Sign in with Discord
One click — your Discord is your identity here, on the web and in the server. Set your main character and timezone once, and every signup after that fills itself in.
2 · Post a run or claim a seat
Post on the web or tap the Discord button — it’s the same roster either way. Running late? Put it on your signup. If the run is full, you keep your place in line and get a DM when a seat opens.
3 · Run it. Roll it. It counts.
The leader logs the drops. Every item is rolled in public in the run’s own channel, and everyone along gets credit toward a rank that never resets.
What the board carries
Everything you need to get a run together — free, because the board belongs to the town.
Plain-words scheduling
“friday 8pm”, “tomorrow 19:30”, “+2h” — parsed in your timezone and echoed back before you post. No UTC math, no timestamp generators.
A DM when it matters
Waitlist promotions, reschedule alerts, and a pre-run reminder at your own lead time — each one can be switched off. No channel spam, no @everyone.
Next guild night, already posted
Save the setup once, and next week’s run posts itself seven days out.
Three loot systems, all public
Group d100 ceremonies, Need/Greed, or a pick-order draft — every roll lands in the run’s own channel for the whole roster to see, tie re-rolls and all. Nothing happens in a hidden console.
The loot ledger
Who won what, forever — searchable by item, member, or instance, and it feeds the community Loot Tracker on its own.
Sherpa credit
Guide someone through their first clear and it stays in the run history. Sherpa credit is earned there, never self-nominated.
Your calendar knows
Subscribe once and every run lands in Google or Apple Calendar — the whole town’s feed, or a private one of just your own signups.
See the drop in 3D
Wondering about that hood? Drop previews open in Laschana’s Tailor Studio, so you can see it on your own character before the dice come out.
A rank that follows you into Discord
Seven tiers, from Moisture Farmer all the way to Household Name. Cross a threshold and the matching Discord role lands on the spot — no resets, no decay, and rank never gates a run.
Show up, and people know you
Every completed run counts for everyone along. Cross a threshold and your Discord role updates on the spot — no resets, no decay.
Fair by design
The rules the board is built on. They don’t bend.
No rank gates. Ever.
Rank is reputation, not a bouncer. The board never sorts players by score, no run can require a tier, and a first-timer’s seat is worth exactly as much as a Legend’s.
Every removal comes with a reason.
Nobody gets silently dropped from a roster. Removing someone requires a written reason, it’s DM’d to them verbatim, and the run’s timeline keeps the record.
Free. Forever. All of it.
No premium reminders, no paywalled series, no supporter-only anything. Every cosmetic is earned in runs — nothing is bought.
The crew is gathering.
Open the board, claim a seat, and make the run tonight.
Or head back to the fire. The village keeps a light on.
