👤 Character Profile

Your template and gear loadout per character, linked to Discord so LFG can read it.

In the Kith Workshop desktop app

Your Character Profile keeps a record of each character you play — their skill build, their gear loadout, and their role — in one place. It works entirely on its own, and if you link Discord it feeds the Kith LFG bot so your build shows on your profile card and your run signups fill themselves in.

Adding a character
  • Click + New character and give them a name — the only required field.
  • Optionally set Species, Faction, and a Default LFG role (Tank / Medic / DPS / Other).
  • Attach to links this profile to a character your mail/loot tools already know, or leave it standalone.
  • Visibility:Guild lets the bot and run leaders see it; Private keeps it to you.
  • Tick Default character for your main — that's the one the bot uses.
Your skill build (template)
  • Click Open Skill Calculator ↗, build your profession combo, and copy the share code it makes.
  • Paste that code into Skill build code and pick your Master profession.
  • It's the same code the LFG signup uses, so setting it once carries it into every run signup.
Note: save your profile before jumping to the Skill Calculator so you don't lose unsaved edits.
Gear loadout
  • Click any slot — Head, Chest, Legs, Feet, Belt, Necklace… — to open the outfit catalog.
  • Search by name and click an item; its thumbnail appears right on the slot.
  • Use Custom / free text for weapons or anything not in the catalog, and Clear slot to empty one.
Saving & syncing
ButtonWhat it does
SaveWrites the character to your PC (works fully offline). If Discord is linked, it also syncs to the LFG bot and the website.
Make defaultSwitches which character is your main — the one the bot shows and pre-fills.
DeleteRemoves a character.
  • Click Link Discord in the sync bar at the top.
  • Hit Open the LFG site ↗ and sign in with Discord.
  • On My Characters, click Link a desktop app to get a pairing code.
  • Type the code into the app and press Link. Your profiles now sync both ways — and you can edit them on the website too.
Note: Fully optional: everything works offline without linking. Linking only adds two things — the LFG bot can read your default character, and you can edit the same profiles on the website. Set a character to Private to keep it off the bot and out of leaders' party views.
What the bot does with it
  • Your Discord /profile card shows your default character's profession, a clickable build chip, and a gear summary.
  • When you sign up for a run, your character name, role, and build code are pre-filled from your default profile.
