🗃 Resources · My Inventory
Log what you have gathered by hotkey capture and feed it into your crafting plans.
My Inventory is the second tab of the Resources tool (the first is Live Resources). It tracks the physical resource stacks you have in your in-game inventory or storage. It links to your character's resource data file so quantities stay in sync, and feeds the Crafting Advisor's recommendations.
"Linking" points the Workshop at the resource file your game keeps updated for a character. Once linked, the Workshop re-reads that file automatically and your on-hand quantities follow what you actually have in-game — no manual typing. This is different from a one-off import: a link is remembered and refreshed, an import is read once and forgotten.
- In the left sidebar under Import & Linked Files, click + Add Character. A character card appears (auto-named
Character 1,Character 2, …). - Click in the card's name field and rename it to something you recognise (e.g. your character's name) — the label is just for you.
- Click Browse and select that character's game-updated resource file. The file path field turns green once a valid file is set.
- Click 🔄 Refresh All to read every linked file now. The inventory table populates with that character's resources.
- Add as many characters as you like — every linked file merges into one combined inventory, so a stack you hold on any character counts toward your crafting totals.
name, quantity, cpu (tab-, comma-, or space-separated; a header row is fine and CPU is optional). On each refresh, quantities are added to your inventory and the CPU from the file is used when present, otherwise your existing CPU is kept.- Type a resource name in the Resource Name field. An autocomplete dropdown appears matching names from the Resource Database.
- Use ↑ / ↓ arrow keys to navigate suggestions, then press Enter (or click one) to select it — focus jumps to the Quantity field.
- Enter a Quantity (and an optional CPU), then click + Save to Inventory. The resource appears in the inventory table.
- To change an existing row later, click its Edit button to make the Quantity and CPU fields editable, then press Enter to save.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit | Makes the row's Quantity and CPU fields editable. Type new values and press Enter to save. |
| ✕ | Removes that resource from your inventory count. The resource database entry is not affected. |
| Uses | Opens the resource's Top Uses ranking — the schematics it scores best in. |
| 🗑 Clear All | Clears your entire inventory. Use with caution — cannot be undone without re-importing. Your linked characters/files are kept. |
The table also shows a CPU (cost-per-unit) column when you've entered prices, so you can see what each stack is worth.
The ⭐ Spawn Watches panel lets you watch for resources you want. Click + Add Watch, set the resource type and any minimum stats, and the app raises a desktop alert when a matching resource spawns on the server — so you can grab high-quality materials as soon as they appear.
The panel holds two kinds of watch:
| Kind | You name… | It fires when… |
|---|---|---|
| Class watch (+ Add Watch) | a resource class and optional stat floors | any matching resource spawns while the Workshop is open |
| Profession watch (Professions section) | one or more crafting professions, an optional floor, and a cadence | a new spawn is the best currently spawning resource for a slot in one of that profession's schematics — or an all-time record |
Profession watches are digests (hourly by default; tick and daily are the other choices) and land in the notification center with the schematics the spawn leads and the time the data was read. The same subscription also reaches you as a Discord DM from Reeve if you have linked Discord — subscribe in either place, it is one record. The full walkthrough is in Resource Tracking, End to End.
