📜 Scribe — the orders bot
Order confirmations and status DMs for tailor and SEA orders.
Scribe handles orders. When you order an outfit from the Tailor Studio or attachments from the SEA order form, Scribe confirms it and then keeps you posted by DM until it is in your hands. You never issue it a command — it talks to you.
What you will receive
Order placed→Confirmed→Being made→Ready for pickup
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Confirmation | The order arrived, with what you ordered and the total. Keep it — it has your order number. |
| Status updates | The order moved. Each one says what changed. |
| Ready for pickup | It is made. The message says where to collect it. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled, with a reason. |
Note: Everything arrives by DM. If you have direct messages from server members turned off in Discord, you will get nothing — and orders do not chase you another way. Check that before ordering.
Placing an order
You do not order through Scribe. You order through:

Collecting
The ready-for-pickup message names the vendor location you chose when ordering. Go there and collect.
Tip: Pick a location you can actually reach when you place the order. Changing it later means asking, and it may already have been delivered.
If something goes wrong
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| No confirmation arrived | DMs are closed, or Discord was not linked when you ordered. Check both, then ask in the server. |
| You lost the pickup location | It is in the ready-for-pickup DM. Search your DMs for the order number. |
| Something is wrong with the order | Reply in the server rather than to the bot — a person needs to see it. |
| You need to cancel | Ask as early as you can. Once it is made it is made. |
