The Kith Guide › The Shuttleport
🏆 Ranks, ledger and your record
The seven-tier ladder, what counts as a clear, sherpa credit and badges, the leaderboard, your profile and rank card, the ledger, drop-rate history and the calendar.
Everything on this page happens on its own. You never file anything; the run's wrap-up writes it.

| Tier | Runs completed |
|---|---|
| Moisture Farmer | 0 |
| Cantina Regular | 3 |
| Shuttle Crew | 10 |
| Heroic Veteran | 25 |
| Trusted Hand | 50 |
| Village Elder | 100 |
| Household Name | 200 |
Each tier from Cantina Regular up grants the matching Discord role automatically, and takes the old one away. Ranks never reset.
- A run counts when it reaches Done and you were marked attended. No-shows get nothing; people marked late count.
- A team session (a run that also covers other heroics) credits a clear for every instance it covers, but only one run.
- Sandbox runs never count — for anyone, for anything.
- Every attendee gets the same credit. There is no multiplier for leading, teaching, or the loot rule.
If someone on the run gets their first ever clear of that instance, everyone else on the run who already had a clear there gets one sherpa credit — automatically, once per run, no nominating. It is the ladder's way of counting the people who bring new players through.
| Badge | For |
|---|---|
| First Clear | Your first clear of an instance (one per instance). |
| Familiar Face · Local | 10 · 50 clears of one instance. |
| Trail Guide · Pathfinder · Master Sherpa | 5 · 25 · 100 sherpa credits. |
| Run Lead · Caller | 10 · 50 runs led. |
| Collector · Vault Keeper | 10 · 50 drops won. |
Badges show on your profile and are announced in the run's results card and by DM (if Milestones is on).
The Ranks tab. All time / This month / This week rotate the board so it is not the same names forever; By runs / By led / By sherpa change what it counts. Your own row is highlighted.
Me (or click any name on a roster for theirs) shows the tier, a progress ring to the next tier, runs / led / loot won / sherpa, an attendance % (attended against no-shows), badges, a clears grid per instance, recent runs, and every drop you have won.
⬇ Download rank card saves a shareable plaque as a PNG. The same card is what /lfg mine and /lfg profile show in Discord.
The Ledger tab is every drop ever won on a Done run: item, instance and boss, who won it, the run, the date. Filter by item name, instance or winner. Unclaimed items are listed as such. The ledger is also what feeds the desktop app's SWG Loot Tracker — the run's results card in Discord is read by the Quartermaster loot bot, so every Done run's drops count in the tracker without any extra posting.
The Drop history tab shows, per boss, how many kills have been recorded on runs and how often each item dropped — with "last drop" and how many days it has been dark. Only runs where the bot's chat watcher measured the kills count; old hand-recorded runs and sandbox runs are excluded, so the numbers are real but start from when measuring began.
The Calendar tab is the month ahead with every scheduled run; click a chip to open it. The subscribe band below it gives the guild feed (every public run) and my signups (just yours) as calendar links — see Getting started.
Every run page ends with a timeline of what happened: who posted it, who took which seat, who went tentative or late, when it set out, every roll and assignment, overrides with their reasons, the wrap-up, and if picking was ended early. It is the record if anyone asks "what happened with that drop?".
